The Quality Assurance Department ensures that the products manufactured consistently meet or exceed government regulations and customer requirements. QA reviews all documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) that pertain to the production of product, as well as documentation of employee training. QA also performs initial line clearance for each step, ensures all raw materials are correct and meet all testing requirements, reviews all completed Master Batch records and QC data, and performs the final batch release and creation of a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
